About ISE

ISE stands for Information Systems Engineering. One of the major objectives of ISE Europe GmbH is to support European companies that export products and services to China, Korea and Japan to comply with local requirements and documentation, national standards and market specifics. Equally, we support Asian companies with regard to Europe. We further offer consulting with regard to technical documentation and product liability assessments for the USA and Canada. Our core competence is technical communication, but we also focus on risk assessment, user experience and usability, system solution development and services for the Chinese market.

At ISE, we understand the importance of optimized global communication in order to compete with the worldwide markets. For this reason, we offer global communication services to our customers, which include the translation of instruction manuals (over 40 languages), the reduction of translation costs and timing via ISE’s in-house production support systems, multi-language localization quality assessment, the creation of multi-language guidelines, as well as proofreading of documentation.

ISE Europe GmbH is domiciled in Switzerland, while ISE Inc. has offices in Japan and China. Together we service markets worldwide. ISE Europe GmbH partners with other experts to ensure optimal service and results. We are currently working on expanding our alliance to be able to even better meet our customers' needs. Our major partner is The Ergonomen who focuses on user experience, user requirements, usability, ergonomics, and utilization; while ISE is responsible for technical communication, risk analysis, compliance to standards, system solutions, and the Chinese market.

ISE Europe GmbH is managed by Dr. Konstantin Anagnostopoulos, an expert in research and development and many years of experience in global sales of technical products and services. Dr. Anagnostopoulos’ professional experience of over 30 years and education in science and management equip him to be a strong leader of this new business venture. He has been successful in the areas of medical devices and consumer products with regards to technical development, licensing, documentation (including the production of instruction manuals) and sales. The last 14 years he has worked for the global testing and certification organizations VDE and Electrosuisse. Dr. Anagnostopoulos holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and a PhD in Semiconductor Physics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK.
